For a taste of some down home Louisiana cooking serve this Mirliton Casserole from Louanne’s Kitchen. I have no idea what or where t find the mirliton for this dish but it looks wonderful.

Ad for something a little more traditional for my area how about this Roasted Squash and Tomato Pasta from Frugal Frolic…
