Delicious Dishes 3.22.11 Unique Dishes

Hi everyone, I’m glad to see you survived last weeks St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and thanks for all who shared their talents here last week. I am always amazed at the multitude of ways you can used ingredients in dishes and thought I would share a couple from last week that I thought were unique dishes.

First up there is Irish Potato Candy shared by Allison from Under the Big Oak Tree. I never have seen a recipe to use potatoes to make a sweet.

And next we have from Lisa at The Nourishing Homemaker her version of Green Ice Cream using Cashews and Spinach! This I have to try.
