Delicious Dishes 4.26.11 Easter Leftovers

Easter Ham, Easter Ham, Easter Ham oh what to do with the leftover Easter Ham?

I could use your help, it seems I have a lot of leftover Easter Ham. What should I do? Maybe I can adapt it to the Orange-Apricot Pork Chops shared last week by Once a Month Mom.

I would LOVE some Easter ham leftovers! Not hosting it, means no leftovers…the down side of NOT cooking for guests! Thanks for hosting again!
