Delicious Dishes 8.30.11 Garden Delights

Join us this Wednesday as we kick off our Vintage Finds party, show off all you old antiques and garage sale or junking finds. Spread the word.

As the summer garden season trucks along we are all celebrating the bounty of our hard work. Gardening is such a rewarding experience, to be able to nurture a plant from seed to bountiful harvest is a true garden delight.

If you are one of the blessed ones who have an abundance of produce from your efforts now is the time that you are spending canning or freezing your harvest. But let’s not forget to try some new recipes, I like this Warm Garlicky Green Bean and Potato Salad that Food Jaunts whipped up…

And these Stuffed Red Peppers from Talking Dollars and Cents look amazing…

What are you doing with your bountiful harvest?
