Are you getting prepared for Valentine’s Day? Here are some ideas from last week.

First let’s start with these yummy looking Spaghetti and Meatballs from Ducks n’ a Row, nothing says amoure` better that this. Especially if you are a fan of  the Disney movie Lady and the Tramp.

I love this idea for a quick breakfast treat from Lady Behind the Curtain , great idea for the hubbie to make for his wife.

And these Chocolate Lollipops from Pint Size Baker are just too cute, great for kids and adults.

Delicious Dishes 1.17.12

h a wish for winter. I’ve not see such a crazy spectacle as this winter’s weather in quite some time. Over the course of 5 days we have seen temperatures from 45 to 9 degrees and return to 45. And just last night the skies opened up and gave us a downpour of rain that brings to mind a spring shower not the gentle falling of winter snow.

Alas, we must be happy with what we have and look forward to other endeavors that are on the horizon.

Are you ready for the holidays? I know everyone is busy planning their dishes for Thanksgiving dinner but I thought I’d give the bird a break today and focus on a few non-turkey delicious dishes that have been shared.

Ok, I’ve seen waffles made all sorts of ways and served with many different sides but hats off to Alli-n-son for combining two kid favorites into one dish.

And with the help of A Pinch of Joy she helps bring a little taste of summer back with her recipe for Strawberry Freezer Jam.
